Queensland Sport and Athletics Centre
The Queensland Sport and Athletics Centre (QSAC) is one of Queensland's premier multi-use sporting venues.QSAC includes a 48,500 seat main stadium, the 2,100 seat State Athletics Facility and an eight court beach volleyball complex. This versatility allows the venue to host international, national, local and school athletics events, as well as outdoor concerts and corporate functions.

QSAC is also home to the Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS). A number of the Academy’s elite training programs are conducted on site including athletics, soccer, basketball and beach and indoor volleyball.
A new purpose built recovery and rehabilitation centre for elite athletes opened in June 2008. This represents a further milestone in the development of QSAC as a Centre of Sporting Excellence.
